skeletons in closets

fading reflections , translucent dreaming

reality stricken days continue scheming

seeing future images , always out of reach

toxic living , places , I  need to appeach

reunited with the ghosts from childhood

walking around where I once stood

skeletons in closets , overflowing with want

my futures restraint , they try to taunt

  1. I’m an avid fan of rhyme so you win points right there. However, you don’t stop there as the story line was wonderful in that most people have some sort of skeletons somewhere in their lives. Very well written!
